Anyone experiencing or felt the same?

My right boob is heavy but in no pain I can move my arm on that side freely and it feels good. However the left side is a differnt story. Every time I move it really stings and has stinging shooting pains down it when I sit still. When I sit forward it feels like it’s ripping at the incisions and it’s making me find doing anything so hard I can barely move my arm before its pulling on it. Should I call the nurse or is that normal?xx

I had/have this, but my right side! I always felt like I popped a stitch! Where my drains were taking out that side I have sharpe pains around that area, I also. Have pain on the chest where I’m only assuming that the muscles are knitting back to normal. When I had my nurses apt yesterday I was worried she would say the right incisions are infected or something but she said no it’s all fine and the pains I was getting is normal, just everything inside getting back to normal, the bodies healing time is 24/7 there’s no break, I’m 9days post op today and I still have the pain in that right side but mainly in the morning, I wake up and I’m stiff, and I feel sharp pains around my incisions and where the drains were!
I think what you are experiencing is normal chick. But call the nurse if you are really worried xxx

I’ve just changed sports bras and on the plaster of where the incision is there is some blood about a 5p size worth. That boob is much more coned and looks swollen where as the other one don’t. Can’t wait to get seen by the nurse now I’m worrying. Thank you for your reply tho sounds like you’ve had a bit of a hard time with the healing process as well xx

I’m 5 day post op Hun and I’m exactly the same I can move my left arm freely with no pain but my right boob is so tight and so much more swollen like you it feels like everything is tearing when I move you can feel the difference massively but I read so many stories before I had my op and i think this is quite normally so I’ve been quite laid back about it all I see my nurse Thursday and I’m a tad nervous but I’m sure all will be okay! Hope things start getting a bit easier they did for me on day 4 xxx

Hi girls just a quick question, I am 8 days post op today , my boobs feel really sensitive today and quite hot ? I don’t know if it’s just coz they aren’t numb anymore ? I am quite sore on the sides as well but I think it’s where the drains came out !! They feel really weird today though ??

I’ve just spoken to the nurse and she was really nice. She said that a little blood or colour on the plasters is fine as long as it don’t get soaked.. Also I explain about the swelling n pulling in one boob she said that’s ok only worry if the swelling gets very noticeable xx

I feel really good thanks Ellie X I felt quite uncomfortable yesterday but each day is getting easier X I’m just relaxing at home with my husband doing everything although I have washed up a few times and folded the laundry up !! I’m itching to get back to doing all the normal things though lol how are you feeling ?

aw sounds like your getting there 🙂 i know who would have thought we would enjoy doing all the house duties haha I’m eager to get going with it aswell! I’m okay i guess,started to feel better in the last hour so. counting down the days again where i feel normal again though. last week was counting down the days to feel like this lol. are you able to get out n about?xx

Hey yes I went out to do shopping after 4 days , then into town the next day to get some more bras !! But I honestly couldn’t wait to get home again and then have a lie down and snooze X I’m making the most of 2 weeks off work

Yours doing so well! How you doing it lol I’m out of breathe just getting up the stairs! I think I’m gunna have one long recovery’ I can’t get dressed to even get out xx

My husband has been a massive help but today I actually got myself dressed !! He had to open the car door for me though and put my seat belt on lol. Each day seems to be getting a bit easier because now in the mornings I can get up out of bed fine and no pain where as 2 days ago I couldn’t x
