Anyone feel like a nuisance to their clinics?

Called on Wednesday to pay the deposit (aka give them £500!) and she took my bank details and said she would process as soon as the PC was out of a meeting. Nothing happened until Thursday evening (7pm) when £450 has disappeared from them, with no email or text to confirm the date? Every time I’ve called I’ve either not been able to get through or felt like a nuisance? A bit annoyed I’ve had money taken with no explanation, this is the first time I’ve done something like this and I don’t think I’m in the wrong to want to know what’s happening?!

Ive always felt like nothing is a bother and everyone involved has been more than helpful.

I always email. You have got proof of conversation then plus its easier with work. Xx

Check you’re spam folder Hun, when I paid my deposit they emailed me confirmation I think and they sent me a text message aswell xxx
