Anyone found there macoma really tight?

I got a size medium and it didn’t feel so bad last night but together it feels a little tight do I new a bigger bra or should it feel like this? Xx

Mines a XS and it’s tight but comfortable. The only part I don’t like it how low down it is on my tummy. The nurse said to have the strap end lower down to reduce irritating my incisions but it’s just uncomfortable there
