Anyone got pics of 300cc mod+ round textured overs?!

Hey! Please let me know if you have similar stats to me (10st 8, 5ft4) I’m having an uplift with 300cc moderate plus round textured implants over the muscle with Dr Sleiter on 13th March. Would love to see some before and afters and/or hear some experiences with similar implants or uplifts etc. Also, is this too small an implant for my weight? I didn’t want to go bigger as I thought smaller implant = less sagging in future. Thanks xxx

Sorry I am not much help at the moment. But I wanted to say my op is the 27th of Feb with Dr Sleiter and I too am having an uplift with textured morderate+ implants over the muscle. I am going for 400cc though (bigger frame). But like you I could have gone much bigger but I was worried about sagging again. Anyway I just thought I would acknowledge your post and I will add you as a friend and then when I have the op done I will be happy to send you pictures if that might help? I know on here there isn’t much to see with mod+.

Hi Nicola, thanks for getting back to me, and that’s very helpful! It’s so nice to see someone else having Dr Sleiter as his name doesn’t often pop up on the forum, and he is marvellous, a truly lovely surgeon. Would love to see some pictures after your surgery, if you don’t mind, and wishing you all the best luck for the op. I am already jealous that you are able to get 400cc – I’m sure you will love them! please do let me know how it goes, and again thanks so much for your reply, it means a lot x

I’m 5ft 0” and 46kg.
I had 300cc round textured high profile and over the muscle with dr sleiter.
Very happy with them now 7 weeks post op.

Hey Carla , I use to wear 34 b but I never got measured I was just wearing any bras, I also had more tissue at the bottom and have a wide chest .

Just to give you an update. I had my operation on saturday with Dr Sleiter and I had 400cc Mod+ textured over the muscle. I was measuring a 36 DD/E before surgery and these are my results now. I had so many anxiety attacks and melt downs in the week leading up to the surgery as I couldn’t picture what they would look like etc but I am over the moon with the results. Dr Sleiter has done such an amazing job. They look better than I could have ever imagined!!! Obviously they are still very swollen and still a bit high, so they will drop slightly when swelling goes down. I have never uploaded pics but I will try now. I will upload my before and afters xx

Nicola, thank you so much for getting back to me like you said you would – and so soon as well. Honestly, what a transformation. You are looking incredible. So happy for you and sorry you felt so panicky before your surgery but what a relief knowing it all went well and you’re already over the moon with your results. They are only going to improve. You have put me at ease as I got a bit stressed thinking that no one ever posts about Dr Sleiter and his work. He is fantastic, clearly! now I’m so much more excited. Best wishes for recovery xxx

You are more than welcome, I wanted to help because I know how frustrated I got when I couldn’t find anything on Dr Sleiter or Mod+ implants. Everyone seemed to have high profile and I was so worried that mod+ wouldn’t give me the fullness I wanted on top. Obviously I am still very swollen, but you can definitely see some fullness on top. I literally haven’t stopped smiling since I came out of surgery. I feel like I have the boobs that my padded push up bras used to give me, without the bra! Amazing! I would have liked slightly bigger breasts, but like you I thought I am having an uplift so I don’t want a big implant which will make me saggy again! The shape was more important to me. Hi Nicola, I had 275cc round smooth moderate +. Dual plane.

To be honest I think it’s the best implant shape; but they can fit way less cc’s than with High Profile as it has a wider base, which is a shame! 😁

Hi girls! I agree I am delighted with going for mod+. Chelsie, I have replied to your private message, and 100% recommend Dr Sleiter and if you’re offered 300cc or thereabouts if you have similar stats as me, then that would be a very good choice. I’m super tired at the moment but will make a conscious effort to upload some pics. Over the moon so far with the surgeon, Harley Health, aftercare; everything xx
