Anyone had 425cc overs? just booked my op

I am a 36B at the moment, I have broad shoulders and am quite curvy. I weigh 10st8 and am 5ft5.

I booked my op today, super nervous but excited !
my surgeon recommends I go for a 425cc, because I want to be a DD. I was wondering if anyone else has gone from a size B to this and what there end results were like and if they were happy?

Hey I had 425cc overs! However my stats are different from yours I am 5’5 but 8.7st and was a 32a/very small B. 425cc overs took me to a 32DD/E. I’m really happy with my results, I sure you will be too! Trust your surgeon xx
