anyone had 485 overs?

I had my boobs done from a B/small C to a 32E using natrelle 415cc overs with mr traynor. My friend who is a similar size to me b small c wanting to be a dd her sugeon has said 485cc? would this take her to that or bigger? she a few inches taller than me but thats it. Anyone had 485 with similar stats and what do you measure now, would be a great help?X
