Hi all im having a bit of confusion as i have seen 4 surgeons and each one recommended a different operation. Im 24, size 8 and 5’5.. i have had 2 pregnancies, first pregnancy breast fed my twin girls for a few weeks so left my breasts a deflated 32dd with a breast tissue of around a c/d i am told. First surgeon advised me of an uplift with a small implant… second (dr singh) advised me i need to go to a large 525cc implant to fill out my breasts as i dont need uplift…. 3rd surgeoon told me i can get away with 450cc over the muscle implants which i was happy with….but the 4th surgeon told me that if i had the 450cc implants over the muscle it wouldnt look natural and that theres a chance u would see the implant, he then advised me of an uplift not to lift the nipple but to tighten the skin…. Please can someone in a similar situation advise me 🙁 i want to go to around and F or FF cup xxx

Hi hun, I too breastfed 2 babies and went upto a very full dd while breastfeeding, afterwards left me very deflated and saggy skin, I knew from the start what I wanted so I TOLD my surgeon what i wanted.. there was NO way in hell I was having an uplift with extra scars, not an option.. so I told him I just wanted them filled up so he said ok.. told me unders as I didn’t have enough tissue for overs. I was expecting to come out a dd and found when I came round to have large breasts.. turns out he ended up having to put 465 and 495 ( as I was bigger in 1 side) and that took me to a 32f.. SO MY ADVICE is you decide if u want a lift or not, contemplate all the pros and cons and You decide as u have to live with that decision.. then when u have decided you can discuss other options like size and placement with your surgeon. . As he will know best 4 this. Hope I helped hun..
Since then had a 2nd ba at only 6 days post opp xx add me if ya like hun x
