Well ive had my first day without a pain killer and ill be four weeks post op this friday 🙂 x

Accepted. Thanks hun about thd cleavage, I had internal stitches put in to create it and stop thdm being too far apart wifthout a bra, its definitely worked 🙂 xxx

Excellent xx I’ve not taken any more pics since 10 days as my nipples have been so sore red etc xx but I’m hoping to in the next few days xx onwards and upwards as they say xx

Glad youre feeling better! I’ve had a great day, im 13 days po now and today is first time I’ve taken off the bra without them feeling like they’re going to fall off, they feel more natural, i also managed to enjoy my shower instead of straining my head backwards to avoid getting shampoo and conditioner near the incisions! Feeling pretty much back to normal now 🙂 xx

Really liked this thread! There usually all about a specific issue, it’s nice to just have general chit chat too! I keep leaving the forum for a few days now as I’m nearly 6 weeks I’m pretty much back to my normal routine and so busy lol. Howfar along are you in recovery? Xxx

I’m feeling good. 2 days post op. ached this morning but that’s expected so,just pop the pills n crack on. Nina what a good idea with the stitches. Mine feel more under my arm, will that change as they start to ease a bit. I haven’t gone big 415 cc .

Yes I felt like mine were so high and under my arms now there squishier and I can get a great cleavage xxx

i’m only day 3 but i feel stronger and more comfortable today! roll on 2 weeks 🙂 xx

Good to hear Ashley. It was around day 5/6 I felt fine and could do most things myself. I was still fragile and still needed rest but honestly after the first 5 days the worst is over xxx

It is your right xx the forum has been a great help for finding things out, getting advice and support it also stops you phoning the clinic every two minutes with random things that are normal and making you look like some paranoid mad woman lol xxx

At 4 weeks post op I managed to find a comfortable and pretty supportive bikini for my holiday next week! Love how they look in it too, will put up a pic xx

I’m going away for my 40th birthday on Father’s Day x no swimming or going in the pool though but can paddle my toes and still get a fab bikini xxx

It’s from new look, I tried a few from next that were similar but were uncomfy. I had looked at a sports bra style one too but it wasn’t any more supportive and had horrible thick straps(not good for tan lines;) )
I don’t planned on wearing it for too long as will only just be 5 weeks post op but for sunbathing a few hours I’m sure it will be fine.
Have got thinner strapped sports bras for evening then my post op one for bed.
Am seeing my surgeon before I go so hopefully he will say that’s all ok! X

Oh and I will just be toe dipping too, far too risky for germs! X

Definitely! A quick dip up to your waist to cool down then back to looking fab in a bikini. Will have to have a look there! It’s just finding ones big enough for these now haha. I’m sure you’ll be fine as long as something is supporting them most of the time then your higher impact one at night! Xxx

I agree Jamie there’s no way I’d have been able to do this without the girls on here! So much support from everyone, especially when I have these little panicky moments where I think something’s wrong haha xx

It’s prepared me for everything. I was never once shocked or surprised by anything! Amazing forum full of amazing girls, love coming on here and helping others xxx
