Anyone had BA & abdomen vaser at same time – problems with compression vest help

Hi,

I had my surgery at fitzroy on Thursday evening, and stayed overnight. Had BA re augmentation (to remove old implants from 12yrs ago!), a capuslectomy (as had capsular contraction from last one) plus I had vaser on my abdomen, upper arms and flanks.

I’m really struggling with having the bulky foam best on so right and being against my boobs a bit. I’m worried it’s going to impact on shape and healing of the boobs???

I had my pre op yesterday for vaser and she also took off the sticky bandages over boobs and replaced dressings and put bra back without putting more sticky bandages on actual boob parts. This seemed very
Soon as not even 48hrs after
Surgery! She also gave me a new body garment as they originally ordered wrong ones so I didn’t have one with arms.

Has anyone else had vaser on body so has the bulky vest on under the body garment and ALSO a BA? If so please can you let me know if you have had same issues.

Hi I had re aug and Vaser 12 weeks ago I managed to get nurse to cut the front and back down I also used to fasten it low down as it does ride up . Under the boobs is a killer I know esp the first week or so

Ahh thanks for getting back to me! When I take it off in a day or two to wash etc I’ll see if I can get it back on a bit lower down!

So jealous that ur 12weeks post.. 4.5days (up in middle of night right now as in too much pain to sleep right now!!). When did your pain in the vaser area stop hurting as much? Feel like BA reaug is ok but vaser kills haha! X
