anyone had breast enlargement after children i need advice xx

Im in my 30s with 3 children !!

Last week i saw a surgeon araco at the hopsital group who told me i needed no uplift and over muscle 410cc i was horrified i thought oh my god i will look huge and will sag even more, the implant felt so much heavier to the 350 i picked up !!

I ve had 3 children and Im an emptyB/C , saw mounir today at transform and he thinks i may need uplift but has told me to go to selvaggi for more advise as he is good and does minimal scarring and that he may be able to get away with it im so scared i ll end up with lots of scars !

How can one surgeon to another say so many different things ? Have other people seen more than one ? DOes Kazzazi do the donut bennelli lift if so has anyone had this ??

Also how much extra did they charge you as i ve been quoted diff prices all over but with 3 kids dont really want to pay over 4200. And so far after seeing a pc at newcastle Im really pleased as Doncaster is nearer for me and they quoted 3450 but thats prior to my meeting with Mr Kazzazi.

Kazzazi has such good reports etc on the internet compared to other surgeons I have researched. Please help the thought of the anchor lift terrifies me xx

hi i have not had children but have had weight loss my breasts look like i have, they need filling out, went from a 34d down to a 34a/b. i have gone with mya mr kazzazi, he is very good, i had a consultation with him he asked my details and what result i wanted, i do not want to be too big, just to fill out, he made the desision told me low profil 435cc under the muscle. i did think they would be too big as will be a dd. it was the smallest implant he would use as said any smaller would not fill.. i have to put my trust in him.. i go in on sunday 20th sept.. go see him and see what he says, the more you see the more confused you get.. good luck..x

HI adele thansk please come back and let me know how you get on, i dont mind having 410 s quite like the idea of larger boobs but i thought i dont have loads of tissue to support them and would be happier if I got them sub pectoral so they have some support , Im hoping kazzazi says this is okay ! I ve just been looking on sight breastimplants 411 and there are woman on there with sagging who have been filled out submuscular with out being uplifted . I see kazzazia couple of days after your op, Oh goodness bet your excited , hoping you get the bust you want and wishing you a speedy recovery xxx

i thought when i went i would like the tear drop implant, i went in n just left him to tell me what he thought, the low profile is good as its more naturel and its wider so it fits all your breast tissue out. i do not think you would need an uplift unless you were really big and lost them all, but he knows best, i did not want to see another surgeon i felt very happy.. i will let you know how i go on and i would like to hear what you decide..xx

hiya julsp, how saggy are your breasts? im same as you,2 children,lots of changes in breast size? im unsure as to wether i will need an uplift, i just cant afford that aswell as implants. id rather have saggy full boobs than stay as i am, lots of skin with nothing to fill it, oh the joys of motherhood ha ha.xx

Hi Helen , well according to the 21 measurement from collar bone to top of nipple im only 20 so may get a way with it i think the only way i can get away with ulift is to go to a d OMG !! but i would only do this submuscular as I have felt the weight of the implant and feel sagging will follow quickly and its my beleif will cause more damage and you ll just end up needing uplift anyway.. look at breast implants 411 they give a good idea and i found girls on there with more or less the exact same breasts who had submuscular implants without lift, however check out the crescent lift MYA do it , as long as your not too large it seems your a good andidate and the procedure to me doesnt look to awful. I will keep you posted how i get on this week , i must day Mya have been the cheapest then the hopsital group who said no lift needed but transform are expensive and currently MYA are offering

helen My charge 4250 then you get 500.00 off with the voucher , I have heard alot of girls go in as day cases and save a futher 400.00 but stay in hotels nearby with their partners as you have to be within one hour of hopsital if any complications, I myself am a nurse and had ops as day cases and been fine , I think if your okay with GA you could do this if going subglandular as less omplications but I feel if im going under muscle there may be more risk and id stay overnight. If im having overs i will consider this as takes price down to 3050 xx

HI apparently rom collar bone to the top of your nipple if the mesurement is 21 or under you can apparently get away with the lift or may be a candiadate for the crescent lift which doesnt sound too bad .. check it out , the more you look into it the more you learn lol and after 2 very diffeent consultations , Imfingers crossed Kazzazi will tell me what I need xx

thanks – i’ve never heard of the crescent lift – I’ll google it. I have just measured and am 22!! Mr A suggested the over with tear drop as it lifts the bottom bit up, but he said if wanted round then would need an uplift. Like you I was horrified – more the fact I needed an uplift but also by the size he recommened 385!!

lo araco told me atomical which i think is teardrop overs 410cc i nearly fell off chair so did my hubby x

thanx julsp, i was gona go for day case but didnt realise you had to be an hour away, im about 2-3 hours away so might consider booking a hotel for the night, did you get the late space discount? do they give you an option of dates, over what space of time do they range?xx

Hi everyone i saw 2 diff surgeons one said he cud do LARGE C SM D with that donut areola thing??The other surgeon said i neede uplift with 26o in one boob&280 in th other due to assemetric boobs!Got 3 kids&my 18month old feed from one boob 4 6months after using both 4 4months??Im going with the uplift as i felt safer with him??Hope im doing the rt thing going in on sat 19th sept.x

Oh my polly not long no then for you , did he state how much the donut lift was as alternative to the other full lift ? I think id be too frightened off the full uplift the whole lolly pop scarring thing I feel will make me more low than i am now but i could cope with the areola scars xx who is doing your op again ?? He didnt give me a price on the dounut lift??Im going to the rivers MrCarver doing it my friend is a nurse there&recomended him.x
