anyone had family stay with you overnight?

I know I read somewhere that MYA will not allow anyone to stay over with you in your room (I’m a night case) just wondering if anyone has been allowed your friend or boyfriend to stay with you? My boyfriend is coming down with me and ideally I’d like him to stay in my room with me overnight. I don’t think that’s great customer service they should allow a second person with you.

Unfortunately all visitors have to leave by 8.00pm (at the Fitzroy anyway). It’s the same in NHS hospitals too unless it is parents saying with very sick children. X
