Anyone had late period after surgery?

Hi girls, I’m a week late and all tests are negative (thank god!!) Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I’m thinking it could be the trauma of surgery?!

The anaesthetic can make you late. I’m sterilised so I know I was not pregnant but I was a week late x
