Anyone had overs??

Hi I’m due to have my op on Wednesday. I’ve been told I need to have the implants over the muscle but looking on here most people seem to have unders or partials. I was hoping for a natural look and don’t have much breast tissue to cover them (am an A cup if that at the moment). I was wondering if anyone else has had overs and if they were pleased with them?

I’ve had overs today and liking them so far (obv they’re a bit Madonna ish at the mo )

I’ve had overs and couldn’t be more pleased! The natural look can definitely be achieved with overs. I had 480 uhp overs, which most people might think would look fake, but they don’t at all 🙂 xxx

Had next to no pain ! X

Don’t worry, overs don’t have to mean “fake” look. Infact it’s really the UHP that give that look..

I had moderate plus profile overs, 350cc. I’m nearly 3 months post op and really happy with them. Went from flatter than flat to a 34dd x

@emmad84 that isn’t necessarily true at all. I had 480 UHP overs and didn’t ask for the fake look, and mine don’t look fake at all. I get compliments a lot about how natural they look.

Surgeons make decisions on a purely personal basis based on measurements, tissue, how the chest wall sits etc etc. If you ask for a natural look and the surgeon suggests UHP it doesn’t mean it’ll give you a fake look.

There were a few reasons why my surgeon chose the implants I have. The main reasons are these – UHP comes in a more durable shell, making them no harder or less soft but less prone to rippling (woo!), as I have poor quality skin at the top of my breast UHP were mandatory for me, as with a few girls i’ve come across. Another reason is because I had a small amount of loose skin to fill out which was enabled with UHP. My surgeon chose OVERS as there was a chance of double bubbling and bottoming out if I had unders, overs look brilliant on most people and it makes me laugh when they’re deemed “fake look” by wannabe-surgeons online.

Sorry for the essay but it’s got to be said. Tell your surgeon what you want and they will do their very best for you. Remember, it’s YOUR choice and they have a reputation to uphold as professionals. x

It’s probably the only thing that annoys me about this forum, girls that play surgeon, and yes it can be offensive. I’ve seen Mod plus, high profile AND ultra high look fake. It depends on the person. If I was told mine had the “fake look” i’d be pretty offended.

Bear in mind that in the first 1-4 weeks MOST breast enlargements will look fake due to swelling and the initial placement of the implant and settling. They certainly won’t stay that way.

But feel free to have a look at my pics @lauren80, then you can make your own mind up about what UHP can look like 🙂 xxx

I’m 5 days post op, I had 375cc over. I’m happy with my results Hun and starting to feel more normal today and yesterday. Xxx

He just said they would be over the muscle but as people have said I’m sure he will have picked what he believes will be best for me as he knows I would like them to look quite natural..x

Hayley – so sorry if any of my comment upset or caused offense! It wasn’t meant atall! 🙁 my surgeon told me that to avoid a fake look I should have HP not UHP, as on me would stick out more forwards rather than be wider like MP or HP) so I’m only passing on the info I was given from my consultations when I asked what to have for a natural not fake look 🙂 yours look amazing xxx
