Anyone had rhinoplasty and BA at the same time?

Hi everyone!
I’ve been for my first consultation today to talk about having the bony hump removed from my nose and my tiny breasts enlarged.
Has anyone else had both procedures at once? I can go and meet the surgeon in less than a week, and I’m told there are slots for surgery in just over a months time!
I’m so excited, but nervous…what was your experience like? Which caused you the most pain? What are your tips before and after surgery? Who was your surgery with? SO many questions!!
I’m hoping to go from an a-cup to a full c/small d. Hopefully the surgeon will advise on cc’s mext week but in thinking 250-300, the PC I saw said she thinks the surgeon will want to go under the muscle as I have a slim frame.

I originally requested both at once but was recommended I have them separately with two different surgeons.
My recovery from the nose job took a while, and I’m not 100% happy as there’s a round lump on my nose (MYA said if I was unhappy I would be able to have a correction and I trust that they will stick to their word)
I had my BA yesterday with Dr. Fiumara and am so far really pleased with the results, I was so sick and in pain they ended up keeping me in overnight though.
I think if you wanted both at once you’d need 24 hour care for at least a week, when I went in for my nose with Dr. Andrea he had a patient who was having both right after me so it can be done.
