Anyone had uneven breasts that eventually evened out?

I’m 3 weeks post op but feel that my boobs are uneven. My left one is higher and bigger than my right. Before the op the left one was actually slightly smaller but nowhere near enough to warrant different sized implants. At my 2 week check the nurse said that all of the swelling has gone so it can’t be that. Not sure if they have dropped and fluffed yet but both scars are still on show as are the creases, they aren’t under my boob if you know what I mean. I did have uhp overs though so don’t know if this profile is less likely to drop. Has anyone else experienced snyhthing similar? Xx

They can take to up 6 weeks to 6 months to settle chick I had one little bigger than other not by much and had different sizes and the it still turned out bigger x

Honestly please don’t worry!! I had really uneven boobs to start off with, I has 250cc HP in one and 350ccc HP in the other.
Mine took about 7-8 weeks to even out, I’m not about 8 months post op and they’ve only just dropped completely and I have an actual crease!
Please don’t panic, they change so much – mine were completely different looking even when I had my 6 week check. I went back to the clinic to meet with my PC again and we looked over my pics, this was when I was about 9 weeks post op and we both couldn’t believe how much they’d changed from my 6 week check to then.
Honestly, don’t panic they’ll even out in the end and look beautiful! xxx

Thanks for your replies, I will really try and stop worrying. The boob has been higher since the surgery so I’m hoping it’s not a surgical mistake. Xx

Hi everyone, I am 11 weeks post op today and I can’t ignore any longer that one boob seems to look bigger than the other. I had 550ccs and I am 5ft and very petite and small. My left is much higher than my right. My right seems to have dropped and fluffed perfectly, but my left is high as a kite :(. Is it gonna drop? I think it should of by now. Left a message for a nurse to give me a call back – and that was hours ago! Any advice would be great ladies xx

Roxy is the incision on your right one which has dropped on show and higher up? My left seems to have dropped but my incision isn’t in my crease and my right is quite high up but the incision in that one is in my crease? I’m nearly 6 weeks post op.
