I can’t seem to find a thread like me, are there any mid to late 40s ladies here? I’m 5’4” size 10 and in good shape but no amount of exercise and looking after myself will put life back in my 32C/Ds which have lost their volume at the top. I’m not after mum bigger, just want my pre children boobs back.

One thing putting me off is what to say to children age 10 & 13 about what I’m doing but seeing as I don’t want to go a lot bigger I don’t think i need to tell many people- just want to not have to rely on very padded bras for fullness and carry on enjoying topless beaches and nice dresses into my fun 50s.

How big and what kind of implants have anyone like me had? love to see before and after pics. Really don’t want to look fake.

Hi – I’m 48 a size 10/12 – my boys are 19 and 15 … not thought what I am going to tell them yet . I’m booked in for August. I’m a deflated b/c . Also want a fuller look – not false . Want to be able to wear dresses, swimwear without the dreaded padding . I’m going for 350 or 375 partials . No pictures yet as not had them done . True to say there is not many of us older ladies on here . I too am looking forward to my fun 50’s

Great to meet you- you do sound like me!

Still learning the lingo- what are partials?

Partials are – as the name suggests partially put behind the muscle but bottom of implant sit in your own breast tissue . Well this is what the surgeon said would be happening to me in my case .

Hiya, im going to be 40 September, I have two kids 18, & 15, and after having the kids and loosing 3 stone my boobs are just empty saggy skin now no fullness at the top, I am a 34/36 A cup, I struggle to find padded bras to fit me, so I’m now having an uplift & implants in August, the kids know all about it, my daughter (18) understands why she know it’s just because I want big boobs, she sees me struggle clothes shopping, my son doesn’t like the idea he thinks it will just make men look at me! But I am doing this for me & for my confidence, x

Hi I’m 27 and have 3 children. I’ve never had massive boobs. I was a 32b before having children. Then with each pregnancy I went up to a 34DD. Now I have so much skin at the top from where they have stretched with each pregnancy. Would love to just had normal natural looking breasts again but so worried about it going wrong or looking too fake.

Hi I’m 36, breast fed 5 babies and have lost 5st. I’m virtually flat now , was around a 32c-d. I’ve been wearing x3 cup padded bras from Next so that when I do finally get them done nobody will notice! Don’t want huge or fake looking just want to feel in proportion and feminine again. Think we deserve it after having our babies! 🙂

thanks for the replies! yes, I was wearing a mega bra out on Friday and did think if I wore it more often then went to normal bras after no one would notice!
I agree we do deserve it after having the babies.
Please keep the thread going so we can see how we all get on through surgery. Don’t think i’ll get mine done until 2019 as holidays are booked up ahead of time and can’t get off work in term time.

That’s also something I’ve not got my head around with cosmetic surgery. With NHS one is grateful to have to doctor you are given.
This is ‘shopping around’ and how do people choose?

Hi I’m only 32 but due to kids and exercise my boobs deflated massively.. I just wanted back what I had before lol a fuller boob but without padding! Well I had surgery yesterday and the best thing I ever did.. not even 24 hours later and I’m completely in love with my new additions!! I was borderline needing an uplift but chose to go ahead with enlargement only to fill the skin and they look great if I may say so myself! I didn’t end up going with mya (purely because I liked another surgeon more after seeing a few) so can’t post pics but if you’d like to see them feel free t inbox me.. I had 520cc hp under the muscle and honestly so glad I did it xx

I’m 36 and had my boobs done 4 weeks ago! After breast feeding three babies I was left with no boobs and awful nipples so I had 275cc and a nipple reduction. My surgeon was Andrea Giannitrapani he is amazing couldn’t recommend him more. My boobs look better than before babies but not fake at all. My eldest daughter is 10 and I was completely honest with her the other two 4 and 1 are too young to even notice or care. I can’t tell you how much confidence I’ve gained in 4 weeks and Mya were absolutely amazing through my entire journey

Hi. I’m only 29 but after 2 kids and several years of breastfeeding my boobs look like I was 70! So I can relate to wanting them as they were before.

I think we’re all in the right to improve our bodies and in this case no amount of exercise will do as the pregnancy and breastfeeding just dissolve tissue it seems.

As for the kids, mine are small but when they’re older I’ll definitely tell them I got a surgery for my boobs as I’m needing to change size considerably to fill the empty skin. I’m planning to explain it as “we only have 1 body and fixing it after it got broken is nothing vain, it’s something you do with everything, so why not the body?” I’m not going through surgery to be more beautiful, I’m just going to get what I had before the kids and feel comfortable with my body.
