Anyone miss all there follow up appointments?

Hey so had my op on the 5th of december and all seems to be going well. I missed the initial one week checkup as didnt feel up to driving so far with a 2 year old in tow on my own with parking being rubbish etc at the clinic so did my dressings at home myself. My 3 month check up is supposed to be in march but the consultant is now on annual leave and not available any dates I am. Everything feels ok but not sure it’s safe to miss the appointments completely🙈

So i went with a different company for my op, they met me the day after my op and that was it. I can go to clinic if i want if i am concerned but other than that nothing. I can also ring/email for advice but everything has been fine i am 3 weeks PO. So unless your concerned i would say not to worry?
