Anyone really petite with completely flat chest having breast enlargement? Need advice!

I’ve recently been to a surgeon consultation but she wouldnt do any bigger than 215cc unders because of how little breast tissue I have but I really wasn’t happy as it just looked the same as what I’m pretending to be now with my padded bras 🙁 I’m a very petite 6st 7 I’ve always struggled to put on weight, even when I had my son I lost all the baby weight as soon as he was born, I’m size 6 in clothes and a flat 32aa (I only wear this size for the padding) I was then matched up with a different surgeon that I was told would let me go bigger (Dr mounir) I’ll be seeing him on the 21st to see what he can do but I’ve already booked my op with him on 2nd of March if all goes well. I was just needing a bit of advice if anyone is or has been in the same situation as me and what size the surgeon let you go to. I’m so scared I’m going to have to settle for 215cc because he won’t let me go any bigger but I just won’t feel happy at that size with the money I’m paying and how long I’ve been waiting to finally be able to go through with the op. Please help!

Hi I was a 32 aa slightly heavier than you but Dr Singh done 400cc uhp implants for me your more than welcome to take a look I would see another surgeon and see what they say xx

I had 250cc high profile implants from an A two days ago and I’m in a 34D sports bra and I’m size 6, petite and I can see a huge change! Xx

Hey, I’m a 32a (well it’s what I wear but I’m sure I’m smaller… Just never been brave enough to get measured) I’m 7.5stone 5.2 I’ve been offered 275cc and unders! X

I was tiny like you Hun just had nipple an that was it I manged to get 325! Honestly advising you not to do 215 that would be tiny xx

Thanks @kelly I’ve added you, did you have them under the muscle? I’m just hoping Mr mounir will let me go bigger than 215 I was thinking I’d be happy with 275 but because I will have to have them under the muscle with me being so small they are restricted on how big I can go. I’m going to be stressed until i see him on the 21st 🙁

@armani do you have any before and after pics? And what surgeon did you have? X

I totally agree with Armani try to get the surgeon to go bigger I asked Dr Singh and he went with the biggest I could go to and overs as I didn’t have much time for recovery so glad I went with overs I also had very little breast tissue! And was completely flat xxx

See if you can see Dr Singh he is known for fitting larger implants in and mine are overs xxx

Hi hun, I know a girl like you who was very petite. She was quite skinny and due to starting puberty when she was 21, developed literally 0% breast tissue. I’m unsure of what company she went with, but she was offered 350cc and hers look fab, completely natural!!! Perfect for her frame. Look around, you’ll be surprise what different companies offer xxx

Thanks.. My plan is to stick with Mr mounir and see what he says first and fingers crossed he will go bigger! I just want to hear from as many people as I can with the same problem as me so I can get as much advice as possible. It’s so frustrating 🙁 x

Hiya hunny weve got the same stats I also struggle to put any weight on… They don’t seem like they would make a huge difference because alot of girls don’t seem to have implanrs this small on here but a lot of girls aren’t as petite as you hun your surgeon knows what’s best for you if you were to push for bigger they come with more complications & risk of rippling etc… I had 225ccs HP unders ive got a few pics on if you want to add me 🙂 I love them ! Hi im 8stne and really flat chested all i have is skin no breast tissue what so ever. Mya would only go 250cc max but im booked in with a different company who are letting me go 400cc high profile unders. Hope this helps and hope you get what size you want x

Mr Mounir is great and really goes Into the scientific aspect of sizes and why you can/cannot have certain ones. I think he may offer you UHP with a larger projection as your so small width wise this would be a way to get around it without causing rippling. Deffo see him, I love him and when he explains width to you in detail you can really understand why certain implants are no good for you xxx

Hi Hun I was like you and went to see mr kazzazi first who said absolutely no bigger than 250 as there’s no way it would fit, so I went to see mr mounir to get a second opinion. I’m now over a week post op with 350cc HP partials, no problems whatsoever as of yet xxx

Hi Abi, i did my ba Monday with Dr Marcellino @ Fitzroy. In the consultation we choose 350cc and 375cc (i wanted to go bigger) but during my op he said that i had so little breast tissue and relaxed muscle (i did under) that the 375cc wouldn’t go in the pocket. For a better undestranding you are welcome to have a look at my picture before and after. I was 34AA, have no idea which size i’m now but the surgeon said possibly a 34D/DD. xxx

Awhhh noo this has worried me a lot, ive paid for my operation and booked in for the 26th of may! Im seeing the surgeon on the 23rd of February but now im worried I wont end up with the size I want, what an idiot I am 🙁 x

I was told if my surgeon says he can’t do them any bigger when I see him at my consultation then I will get my deposit back x

With me being a small A I’m worried that I wont be able to have bigger implants to achieve the size I want, I guess I’m just worrying, I’ll have to wait till I see him on the 23rd. Awhh that’s good at least if you don’t get what you want you get your money back, ive heard mr mounir is really good though, if I don’t get the size I would like im going to see about going with him too x

@becky but you at least have a bit of tissue with being an a but I was told on Wednesday that if you have overs you can prett much have what size you want but because I’ve got to have them under the muscle I’m restricted on how much they can fit in. I just want this week to go fast so I can get my answer x

sure ashie 🙂 yeah i was pushing for the 375 but i’m really happy even with the 350, 25cc don’t make such a big difference. I am petite so i’m glad i’ve achieved a natual look even with little breast tissue 🙂

Hi abi, my stats are only slightly bigger than you and I had 225hp unders on sat. You are very petite and smaller implants will go much further on you than someone else. If you can I would see a few surgeons and see what the general consensus is, if someone was to say massively different to the others I would be wary of them. Bigger isn’t always better on a small frame. If you want to message me then feel free. Who was the first surgeon you saw? x

I am having 250cc Hp Overs on the 4th March. Should get me to a D hopefully. There’s not much difference between 215 and 250 though hun xx

@siennajj I had Linda first and got mr mounir on Saturday because I was told hes more willing to do bigger sizes. I tried 215 on in the bra but just looked like the same size as the bras I use now so I wouldn’t notice a difference when I have clothes on.. I tried 275 on in the bra just to see what I would actually be happy with and they was perfect size for me. I wouldn’t want any bigger with being so small..

Hey, im a 32aa and a size 8. When I first saw dr. Signh he commented on how skinny I was. I asked for a DD but he didn’t think I would be able to achieve that as not having enough breast tissue. But he said he would try his best to atleast get me to a D. I’m having 375cc ultra high profile partial implants. You should try and see dr.signh he is know for giving bigger implants xx

Hey I am really petite as well size 6 with 32a boobs, when Mr Kazzazi offered me 225cc I was really disheartened and then I asked to speak to another surgeon, I got Dr Mounir and he told me he would give me whatever I wanted but only as long as I knew that there would be more complications/risks. They understand it’s your money so just argue your point and explain why, hope u get sorted xx

@alana I have saved Dr singhs name as I’ve heard good thing about him before! So if Dr mounir won’t let me go bigger I’ll ask to see him.. And @abigail thanks for your message! You’ve made me feel so much better! I’ve not heard much abou Dr mounir so wasn’t very confident that he would let me go bigger until now x

Hi ladies I have similar stats and I am over stressing im having my consultation with Dr Mandi just over a week in panicking with me having a flat chest I have never known boobs and sizes to be fair and im supper skinny would any one be willing to show me your results I do have what’s app and im just want to achieve confidence and be able to wear a nice bikini without feeling down thankyou in advance xxx
