Anyone taken strapping off early?

Has anyone taken their own strapping off early. I think I’m having a reaction to it. It’s itchy and burning! Can I just out my sports bra on?

Iv been advised to gKe it off and wear a sports bra they look so weird! They seem to be right under my arm! Is this normal do they move?
