Anyone with a similar breast type – results??

Hi everyone.
I have had some serious confidence issues with my breasts since I was about 12 years old and they came in a bit early! I was wondering if anyone had implants with a similar breast type pre-op and how it turned out after? Very slack skin and not perky with lower placed nipples, but still a C/D cup in the bra..
Absolutely dying even uploading this but desperate for advice ???

After- don’t know yet only 3 weeks post opp I recon a E cup!
Had 240cc moderate plus unders
