I don’t know much about the uplifts but I’m sure that the procedure will stop sagging to some extent. What sized implants are you having? From what I can tell, if you don’t go bigger than the size which will fill the amount of tissue you have already, you should be okay. I think it’s just when you start to go bigger, obviously they’re heavier and gravity will take hold quicker! If you do go under though, when your boobs eventually sag again (like all do!) you’ll end up with double bubble – your natural breast will sag whilst your implants will stay held in place behind the muscle.
