Anything else i need? advice please?

Im super organised so i don’t have to stress closer to my op. I have bought the below things for my op and for after care-anything else i have missed off you recommend?
Macom
Vpillow
Bio oil
Coco butter
Magazines
Phone charger
Lipsil
Button up pjs
Front fasting clothes
Arnica cream

all sounds good hun 🙂 maybe some slippers to walk about in before and after surgery xxx whats arnica cream?
and does anybody know how long after surgery you start using stretch mark cream and bio oil? thank you xxx

Hi Hun I am taking arnica tablets from boots instead of the cream. As I didn’t want to be rubbing cream on my boobs straight away x

I couldn’t find the tablets !! Ill have a look today thanks hun.
Yeah i dont know how long we wait until we can start using bio oil n coco butter? I DO NOT want stretch marks lol xxx

With them tabs you have to start them two weeks b4 but to be fair for me they didn’t work 🙁 but they do for some girls xx

You can get arnica tablets in health food shops too hun if you are struggling to get them in boots. I got mine from Holland and Barratt xxx
