Anything I can put over my incisions under sports bra?

Anyone know if you can put something over your incisions but under your sports bra? My sports bra is really itching my incisions xx

Forgot to mention I had my dressings off yesterday so the steri strips the nurse put on have now been taken off.

Quick fix is to wear a vest and tuck it under the edge of your bra. That’s what I did, helps hugely, esp at night.

I put clean cotton wool pads there over my steri strips until it stopped rubbing xx

I took my steri strips off this morning after my first shower so don’t have them on anymore xx

if it’s itching your incisions try a different sports bra hun xx
