Anything to improve swelling?!!

I’m on the dreaded second day, and the swelling in my left breast is so bad I can’t lift my left arm atall and when I do it’s like a major pulling inside like it’s pulling on a massive lump! I can’t describe the pain! All I’ve been giving is co-codamol and ibrufen it’s really not enough, does anyone know anything that will reduce swelling?? ️And is this normal? xxx

There unders, I really wish I had got overs! I can’t lift my right arm atall it’s stuck to my side and it’s so swollen it’s feels like a massive lump painkillers arnt touching it atall, I also think my macom is too small as its rising up near incisions but my asda one isn’t really tight don’t know what to do! Xxx

Some people have recommended ice packs for the swelling x

Pit loads of ice on it babe. My surgeon said to have ice on it for at least two days and it helps loads xx

Ice packs all the way babe they were a god send for me and took the swelling right down every time xxx

Thanks girls I can’t believe I didn’t think of that, they’ve double in size since yesterday so swollen! Xxx

Ignore the pigment of my skin it’s from the sunbed can’t wait till I can use fake tan to sort it out! X
