Are primark sports bras good for post op??

I don’t want to spend loads on a post surgery bra so what do you guys think?

I learned they are ok for 6 weeks + but not sooner as they arent really supportive enough.. i like them because they are soo comfortable x

Your spending money on your boobs its important to spend money to help them too im afraid. I would recommend getting a good sports bra for the first few weeks and them I was wearing a primark seamless one which was actually quiet supportive im still wearing them now at 9 weeks post op. I got a zip up bra off amazon at £20 I think did the job. try Misguided too.

hey salwa im wearing an £8 sports bra from asda and its brilliant the nurse actually asked me where i got it from as she said its really good and i wont need any other one so i have 3 same ones lol its black and has hooks at the front you can adjust it as thers two rows and you only need your band size as it adjusts to your boob size itself and its very comfy does not dig in or anything hope this you too xx

I wouldnt recomend primark for early on but if u get the seamless ones wear two as its better support then, one isnt really enough, how ever I would recommend a good bra for the first 6 weeks I live in my m&s zip up ones xx

Asda ones all sold out I just bought a tesco post surgery bra no zip though. Reduced to a fiver! Great quality 36dd hopefully I’ll fit in it lol
