are re-dos more expensive?

im only 4 weeks post op but im already thinking about when ill need to have a re-do and how on earth im going to pay for it! hopefully it wont be for many years!! but i was just wondering if anyone knows whether a re-do is more expensive than the initial BA..if so, is it alot more expensive??
