Arnica..??

Just wondering who has or is taking Arnica to assist with healing? Did your surgeon recommend you take it? If so was it before surgery as well as after?
I’ve googled it and other forum BA aides seem to have used it..

Depends whos your surgeon is, i had kazazzi and he doesnt like u taking it xx

Thanks ducky… I think if my surgeon was ok about me taking it I still would… even if it was a placebo effect , anything to help 😉 x

i was told to take it as it helps stop the bruising i think it helped me i didn’t have any bruising with my ba when i had my open rhino i took it again as well although i bruised bad it wasn’t long xx

Cheers supercoops… My heard about someone who had their eyelids done and took arnica, apparently the bruising was practically gone in a week. I’m looking to do eyelids and BA at the same time so anything that could help will be a blessing 🙂

as i said my bruising was bad looked like 10 rounds with mike tyson but by the time i went to have the cast off a week later just had a yellowish green bruising under eyes and the ba had no bruises at all ill add u babe so u can see pics xx

my sister had been told to take it before all 3 of her c sections so when i had booked in for my ba i started to take it just before. never actually though to ask my sergon :/

Wow supercoops your bruising was very colourful..!! Good to see how it went away though . I’m seing Mr Fallahdar in Feb’ for a consultation, I see you have good things to say about him. I’m really interested about his microsurgery skills… Really want super tiny stitches on my eyes!

I took it after my uplift and ba and I got next to no bruising only a bit deep tissue bruising that surfaced at about 3 weeks when i’d stopped taking it

Arnica is brilliant, you should look into getting the gel, it’s great for everyday use not just operations, I use it on any bruise little or small and also have been using it on the tops only of my boobs as not allowed to touch scars yet, also have been applying it to my stomach as have bruising on there from a breast aug?! Somehow lol, it’s natural and a great healer!
