Arnica?

Does arnica really work for bruising and swelling? Some people think it does, others suggest not to bother? Plus I read about some weird side effects?xx

Hiya Hun, I took them and had no bruising at all and very minimal swelling which went after a few days. My mum and friends also took them and had the same results. So for me I would say it helped and worked 🙂 I double checked with my surgeon, pc and also the pharmacist and they all said they were fine to take as they are herbal and that they do help with bruising and swelling especially of the muscle. Ive been taking them since wednesday an had no side effects x

I was thinking of taking them for my rhinoplasty, but isn’t arnica mainly for bruising? I need it to reduce the swelling on my nose xx

Its supposed to reduce swelling too babe xx
