Arnica ?

I’ve read in a few post of ladies taking arnica tablets a week or do befor their op…. are they recommended ? And did you feel it helped with your recovery ? X

They’re meant to help with bruising. I didn’t bother taking them. I usually bruise ole a peach but I had minimum bruising and if I’m honest Iv seen worse bruising even when girls have taken them lol xxx

I’ve used the cream and didn’t think it helped much. I don’t usually bruise easy anyway so fingers crossed I will be ok x
