Arnica!

Hey girls I’m new to this. My op is tomorrow and I got advised to take arnica 2 days pre op. I’ve took the first 6 doses every 2 hours but it now states take 4 times daily. Is this one or two tablets I’m

I’ve been taking Arnica and I feel like it’s making me really nauseous and giving me a really dry mouth! Has anyone else had any issues? Xx

I started taking it yesterday as my PC said a week before my op but it’s made me feel sick and I’ve had bad stomach pains and loss of appetite and when I googled it it said this was very common and your supposed to use the cream for bruising not the tablets. I’ve stopped taking them as I felt awful! I’d rather bruise haha xx
