My nurse told me I can start taking this 2 weeks before, I’ve been out and bought some but now worried I got the wrong strength and should’ve got the next one up.

I’ve got 6c, to those who took it/are taking it, what dose did you take?

The best does is 30c. I’ve taken them and I’m post op day 3 and not a single bruise 😀 xxx

The best stuff is the 30c as it’s stronger. You can get it from Holland & Baretts. But the 6c will do if that’s all you can get x
