Hi girls
iv been using bio oil for the last month, just putting it on before bed. I didn’t know if you could take arnica before the op, but if you can, ill get some! My op is 4th sept xx
sorry to sound thick but what is arnica? and whats it for xx
@clairelh @chelsea21 thanks girls . Chelsea my op is the 8th at Preston. Where is yours?x
Arnica is a bit of a waste of money. I took it my first BA and still bruised Awfully for weeks! Second time around Nurse told me it doesn’t really work and not to waste my money – and barely any bruising this time around anyways! Xx
@cwinch thanks Hun I best get whacking it on then! Yeah i heard you could take arnica before the op just didn’t know how long before . Lindsey it’s for swelling and bruising x
@stephxhx defo use the bio oil! its made me skin really smooth which will probably help with the stretching! arnica tablets you have to dissolve or chew, things like this make me sick so I doubt ill buy these lol! also you cant touch them with your hands? so weird? think I may just allow the natural bruising lol
xx
@cwinch no way you can’t even touch them? Oh no what have I bought?? not sure if j will use them then x
thankyou. ive kind off rushed into it all last minute even though ive wanted it done for agessss. so its interesting seeing what you all write about. just goes to show theres still loads I don’t know lol xx

Only just read the pRt about arnica being a waste of money oops x
The flower of arnica is used to make medicine.
Arnica is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, sprains, and arthritis. It is also applied to the skin for insect bites, muscle and cartilage pain, chapped lips, and acne.
It is also taken by mouth for sore mouth and throat, insect bites, painful and swollen veins near the surface of the skin (superficial phlebitis), sore gums after removal of wisdom teeth, and for causing abortions.
In foods, arnica is a flavor ingredient in beverages, frozen dairy desserts, candy, baked goods, gelatins, and puddings.
In manufacturing, arnica is used in hair tonics and anti-dandruff preparations. The oil is used in perfumes and cosmetics.
How does it work?
The active chemicals in arnica may reduce swelling, decrease pain, and act as antibiotics.
I just copy n paste that. just looked aswell they sell it in boots for 6quid xx
