Arnica and multi vitamins

My surgery is next Friday and I was just wondering if I should start taking arnica and multi vitamins now? Or just after op? Xx

I started taking arnica tabs about a week before not sure about multivitamins though! I’ve got no bruising at the mo 8 days post op! Good luck! X

What strength arnica tablets did you use hun x

I take multi vitamins everyday and my surgeon told me to stop taking them as the vitamin E thins the blood xxx

Hey I just got 30c from boots xx

im taking multi vitamins now! 1 month pre op!
il take arninca for a week pre op
il stop the multivitamins 2 days before.
and start/ continue with both post op

i also use body butter and bio oil now and will stop bio oil 2 days before op until nursee gives me the all clear to begin again!xxx
