    Hey guys

    Did any of your take arnica and/or bromelian? My op is on Monday so I started taking them this week. How were your recoveries? Do you think they helped much? I know it’s probably hard to say.

    Bea just keep taking them anyway.I did not have even one bruise after my surgery. Is it because of taking arnica tablets before or just not bruising easly? Really dont know. Like you said its hard to say.

    I didn’t take any and didn’t have a single bruise and I had unders. Good luck with your op 🙂 x
