Arnica cream to help bruising? Slightly raised incision line? 2 weeks post op xx

Hello 🙂 I am nearly 2 weeks post op and under my right boob I have a lot of bruising.
Has anyone used arnica cream and would it be fine to use this early on? I have my stitches out Weds.
Lso my incision line is slightly raised, is this normal?:(

I wouldn’t put anything on the incision. Bruising is normal and will go away. As will the raised feeling. I’ve had the same and it’s starting to flatten out a lot.

Ah okay, thanks hun.. I was worried the raised feeling was an indication of something bad and hopefully it will go away fingers crossed x

Hi El stitches out? Did you not have dissolvable stitches? Ouch!!!!
The incision takes a while to flatten out x

Having stitches out doesn’t hurt, I had some out recently after a wound revision. A slight pull but other than that, I didn’t feel a thing!

Having stitches out Wednesday, just was worried about the incision feeling quite raised and all the bruising on my right boob xx
