Arnica – Help

hiya girls, so my op is on the 28th of this month and ive just been and bought arnica for bruising. When should I start taking these??? xx

I got it also, I’m sure you take it a week before but need to double check!!

@lauren ahh good! people have said different like 2 weeks before, a week before and a few days before! ill probs start taking them on Monday.
My surgery is also at preston!! I’m so excited xx

Im gonna stick to a week as the thing that came with mine said to only take for a week at a time xx

I took mine for just two days before then for a week after. I didnt have any bruising wether due to the anica or not I dont know x
