Arnica help please !!?

I go for my surgery on the 25 feb i was told to start arnica today. I forgot my pre op booklet, im in work just now can anyone tell me how many im supposed to take please.

In holland and barret there are 2 strengths. There is advice in store but usually you take 3/4 little tablets 3/4 times a day… I take other homeopathic medicine like this anyway xx
There’s also a topical gel you can use x
