Arnica pills

Who took arnica pills to prevent bruising?????
Wondering if I should start taking them now…. I have my surgery on Feb 25th x

I started taking mine straight after my op and it def helped with the swelling and bruising x

Hi Ladies, I have surgery on saturday 15th and i asked THG and was told to take 3 days before and 3 days after, so that’s what i am doing, i usually use it for bruiseing from dancing so knew about it, it shouldn’t be taken from now til 25th though Ashleigh as not supposed to take or that many days in a row. I took Arbica tablets for a week after my op and I felt like they really helped, I had no pain at all and my swelling was gone by day 3. Xx

boots, holland & barrets or health shops normally, Arnica 30 not the 6c.

Both my surgeons for seperate surgeries said not to take them as they can thin the blood. One was MYA, one not. Ask them directly, they all have their own opinions on it xxx

I applied arnica gel on my swollen face/eyes after my rhinoplasty and I barely bruised at all.
I’ll apply all over the nose when I have my cast off too. I opted for transdermal as felt any “potential” risk of blood thinning would be minimised. It was also great to use after injections and around my throat after surg. Xx
