arnica with rhino??help plz

hi hoping someone can help..iv heard a few diff things with arnica.. having rhino in 12 days . do i need to start takin tablets?x

Hi if your having Dr G don’t take arnica before your op he doesn’t like it as it thins the blood! Think he is ok with taking it after though double check with him xx
