Arnicca tablets

Any of those that took pre and post arnicca tables did you find they helped with pain?

Hi I did Hun I never got any bruises after surgery I i did experience pain but manageable .i had 355 unders from nothing 15 days ago xx

Hi I had my surgery 12 days ago and took arnica 3 days prior and 10 days after. I definitely think it helped although obviously have nothing to compare it to!
I did bruise down my sternum and my underboob but I bruise very easily so was expecting it. The bruising disappeared within about 3days along with a lot of the swelling which I thinks pretty good as I’ve heard others say their swelling/bruising lasting much longer. The way I see it is you have nothing to loose……good luck xx

I’ve read today after ordering these that they are not advised before surgery..???

I never got these first time round as I wasn’t told too which was nearly a year ago, I’m in for revision next Wednesday and been told that they advise arnica which I’ve bought though I hardly bruised the first time round so not expecting too this time round either I was told too take them 5 days before and 5 days after surgery

I double checked with my surgeon if it was definitely ok to take before surgery and he said yes, they don’t think the blood or anything like that so are very safe. Maybe confirm with your personal surgeon if I’m doubt x
