As a day case should I take my own food or do they feed you?

My op is a week today so I’m just trying to organise all my bits and bobs. Should I take with me snacks or a lot of food? Would I even be hungry? x

I was a day case at highgate and got tea and toast after my op then also got a choice off of a three course menu which was very yummy! Also took some crisps and chocolate with me, just depends what you fancy. I wasn’t particularly hungnry afterwards but needed to get my blood pressure up x

Well you wont be eating anything until after your op anyway as you have to have an empty stomach, I sipped water and they delayed me 3 hours! But yea they give you a dinner for afterwards Hun 🙂 xx
