As a small B, whats the largest size I can go?

Im currently a small B and I really would like to know the largest size i could go to? Am I too small to have 525cc? I’d love to be DD/E or even bigger! Also, if anyone was a small B to start off with and has now had surgery, what sizes are you now and are you pleased? Please help! x

My 1st consultation was mid May & like i said im booked in on the 3rd July (Tomorrow!!) I purely chose that date to fit around my kids/work etc… But im sure if i’d of wanted the op sooner i could of, i know if you can be flexible on your date’s they offer a discount!

hi laluu, im booking my op on monday for august. had my consultations, im a small b too and im 5’1 size 8/10. When i went to see the surgeon he gave me a choice of three sizes 340/380/410, but like you i want to be a dd/e so i went for the largest size 410 but now im strating to think it might be to small after going with my friend the other day when she had her ba,she had 410 overs but shes already a c cup.i love the size she is now.With me already being a small b and having my ba partially under the muscle i think mine wont be as big as my friends. I have spoke to mya on the phone yesterday and iv asked for them to order 460 size which is the next size up but she said she would order but the surgeon will decided in theatre what size to put in as there might not be enough room for the 460 as im small. so im happy with that. Going to pay my deposit on monday to secure my place. Big boobies here i come haha …hope this helps and you understand it.

ohhhh i see! thanku that was reallly helpfull! yeahh i want to get the biggest possible as I dont want to regret it! – i heard that naomi from shipwrecked was a B and she’s now an F! so it can be done! Lolll fingers crossed!

just trust the surgeon hun, he will take you to as big as you can physically go without it causing any complications. try not to get too obsessed with cup size. i had mine done 7 weeks ago and two different shops have measured me as a C and a DD!! buying my new bras was the best bit. good luck hun xxxx

i was wearing a 34B bra before my op (5th June) and was told that i was probably smaller. im 5.5 8.7 stone and size 8…i had 410cc under the muscle and have been measured as a 32DD defnitly go for the bigger option, mine look really natural.. but i dont think they look that big!

Hi, i had 340cc overs and was really dissappoined with the size, i wanted to go from a b to a dd (surgeon only recommended 240cc!!!!!) put i pushed for the bigger size. Now theyre still not big enough and im so annoyed i spent all that money and didnt get the size i wanted as i ended up a C!!
I am trying to save for another boob op so can have it asap and want the biggest ones they can get in me, then i wont be dissappointed!! I want at least 700cc, and hope they can fit in?!
I dont think big implants look silly at all, i think on a small frame it looks good too, im a size 6, 5 foot 2 and want really really big boobs, when i told the patient coordinator and surgeon they just said id look silly and so i backed down to 340’s. Now i wish i had known they would end up a C, as it was soooo far off what i wanted and want to complain!
Does anyone know how much/been quoted on how much it is to have an implant replaced with a larger size?
Also has anyone else felt the same and feel like they were pushed into having a smaller size than they had actually wanted? im soo annoyed and want bigger!!

hiya,i had my pre op on tues and was told im a 34b ive always wore 34a tho.he said i cud go 4 a

410 but he said 460 under would look so much better which will take me to 34dd.im really happy with that wuldnt want to b bigger.hes told me to buy d, dd and e size sports bras and wear them 4 6 wks.i am travelling down to doncaster on 21st august cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
just watched a programme about 2 young teenagers wanting there boobs done when there old enough,it totally hasnt put me off.it showed a woman getting hers done it was abit squemish but its made me more excitied hahahahahah

lol i just watched that program too! tbh it just made me want a boob job even more, those girls were really young, and even though im only 19, i feel i know waaay more about boob jobs and am alot more emotionally mature than they were! i cannot believe she was 13 and wanted a boob job!!!!

i am new to this forum, i have to say i was not very keen with mya so i decided to go to to mcindoe surgery and had my consultation today they were brilliant,
i had my consultation with mr arnstein the best surgeon in the uk.
i am currently a small 34b and want 500cc under i am 5ft 4 and size 8 to 10, has anyone had this size and what do you think of the result.

Hi all well three weeks to go.
Holly im in same situation as you i cant find any pics for someone the same height, but and size.
I am also a small 36B but ^size and have been given the option of 460 or 525 over, i am size 10-12, i really cant decide which one to go for. I know that most responses say to go for the bigger option? but do you think that i will be too big, DD Is goal. Any one got any pictures??

hi there laluu,
have you decided on what size you are gonna go for yet? i tried the rice trick last night and helped me loads i tried 500cc and they looked wicked but not sure if i could have that size as my skin may not stretch or have enough breast tissue.
