So I’m in with Traynor on 18th June, and I’m just looking at post surgical bras online… They are SO expensive! The cheapest I have found is this one:

    http://direct.asda.com/george/womens/lingerie/front-fastening-padded-post-surgery-bra/G004469121,default,pd.html

Will this be enough support? I really can’t afford the more expensive macom ones! Do they need to have clasp/zip front fastening?

Also what else is on my need to buy list at this stage apart from V Pillow and bras? Is there anything I should take with me to the hospital or have ready for when I get home from the hospital? xxx

Hi this is the one I had my PC recommended it xx I bought the large for just after due to swelling and I’ve now got the small on with the padding taken out x I was a 34a and 460 overs . It’s been great doesn’t sit on your incisions and it’s comfy hope this helps

@ ZD100 Zoe I’ve spoke to Dr T about this – he recommended Asda and M & S ones to both @melanie89 and I – actually said the Macom ones were just a money making scam! xxx

I had 2 of these in a medium. Was a 34 B and had 525cc. They were too big in a medium for me. Not very tight. X

I’ve bought one of these I tried it on last night and it fits lovely. I bought a small and I’m a 32 back and it’s not tight at all. I also got a 2 pack of high impact sports bra’s from m&s a black and a white one. These were £24 think for the two x

Ive ordered a small on asda click and collect! I saw that Medium was sold out so was worried about missing out on these bargains lol! Im a 32/34 chest B at the moment, haven’t had my consultation with the surgeon yet but wanting a full C/D cup. Possibly moderate profile plus :).
Thats really good to hear that you feel fine! I’m so worried about the recovery! How long do you think you’ll be on bed rest for? xxx
