Hey Hun you will probably find most bras pretty uncomfortable to start with so my advice from someone who road tested a fair few I wouldn’t go waisting money! What is uncomfy about the macom? If it is rubbing on your incisions you can get some pads for breast feeding and place them were the band is and also if its rubbing on the nipples the same. With the m&s it’s better if you can get hubby to help you if you have your arms down and hands slightly at an angle to the back and then get him to slip it on you pull it up then you can zip it up you may find that will help? Good luck Hun after 2 weeks you will find that all sports bras will become more comfy and I’m switching daily between the macom and m&s because they are changing one day one is more comfy the next it’s the other! xx

I found the ASDA ones to be through and through useless, they rubbed they are a cheap material, dreadfully uncomfortable, they offer NO support and by no means were any good for me! Initially macoms are uncomfortable because they are compression bras designed for surgery! I found undoing a few hooks helped because it gave you abit of relaxing time but your boobs are still aupported! xxx

    Hi Hun
To be honest I would only use an Asda one to sleep in I dont find mine supportive enough for daytime, I went out and bought the M & S extra supports sports bra 2 pack cant praise them enough and have just oredered the zip front one.
Im guessing that the zip front ones is causing you probs because its painful moving your arms into that position i would keep hold of it as it will be great when movement becomes easier.
