Asda sports bra ?? Size help!

Hi girls buying an asda sports bra as they have been recommended, im usually a 38 back so do i need to get a 40?? And my surgeon said i will be a DD but thats the biggest size they have soo will a 40DD or a 42DD be okay?? Xx

I would get the 42DD Hun. This was my life saver when I first had my op, now I just sleep in this one. But I had to buy two, normally a 32 back so bought a 34DD cup size was perfect but was tight round back because of swelling so I went back and bought a 36D and felt so much better!

Or buy both sizes? I’m back in my 34DD now as my swellings gone down loads xx
