asymetrical breast bone?

I have one breast bone higher than the other and an out of line spine. Does anyone have the same problem and had surgery?
Scared i will look un even as getting 300cc in one and 325 in the other.
With mr kazzazi and having overs

My breast bone was uneven so my natural boobs weren’t symmetrical. It wasn’t a dramatic difference though and the same size implants were put in. There is hardly any difference between 300 and 325 chick, it’s nothing, they won’t look wonky!x
