Asymmetry post surgery. Help?

I’m 4 weeks post op and my left breast was bigger before surgery, but wasn’t something I noticed or paid attention to. My doctor mentioned it during our consultation.

My doctor said it’s fine to use the same implant size for both and the difference wouldn’t be noticable. But now I see the difference??? And the left one is slightly higher as well. Does this decrease with time? If it makes any difference I had 325CC high profile dual plane.

Not sure but will jump on this post too 😉 I’m 3 days post op with similar thing. R breast is slightly smaller than L but surgeon said there are benefits keeping the implant the same size. I had 275cc mod plus profile, dual plane thats the biggest he said I could take. Am wearing a compression strap but he had to create a new crease for my left boob because it was noticibly higher than Right boob. Strap is trying to push the boobs down into place but so obvious my left boob is considerably higher just hoping its because its early days xx
