I had my appointment with Ms Lutz today. She said the size I wanted wouldn’t need an uplift but I’d probably get rippling because my skin is so thin, she said I’d avoid the rippling if I had a lift but I wouldn’t be able to go to the size I wanted. I don’t know what to do. Feel miserable that I’ll be stuck with the boobs I’ve got forever!!

Hey hun dont be put off by having a lift at all

Think more about your end result and how it looks rather than a particular size because depending on what u have already they may not even result in what you expect! Plus once you have an op u can wait a year or two to re op and go bigger because your skin would have stretched by then.

I had a mini uplift…thought I’d loose size due to this and goin under the muscle.

I had 325 mod + and I’m a 28FF…far bigger than wht I expected or my surgeon predicted. So all is not lost and it’s safer to go smaller than end up rippling. Go on the basis that they will be bigger than what you have already and that’s already a bonus. It’s not worth rushing to get a massive size your body can’t accommodate as it’ll cost more on the long run to fix and tbh u will prob be more disheartened.

    Hey Fran.

Thank you. I never thought about it that way. I really did feel miserable especially when she said about my skin being thin, just felt like I was going to end up this way forever.

    Thank you x

Hey Becca honestly don’t worry she was just being precautious tbh and going by what she thinks best. You may get a surgeon who agrees with the size implant you want but if I were you I would ask a lot of questions about the likelihood of rippling and other issues that may result from a larger implant. Make sure you you take good care of your skin and moisturise and massage it as often as you can especially if the surgeon has said your skin is thin. To help improve blood circulation and promote good circulation which leads to glowing skin. Natural moisturisers like coconut oil or shea butter / cocoa butter are great for this

Whatever you decide I’m sure you will feel a lot better about your boobs compared to how you feel now. I look back on my before pics and I just can’t believe how mine looked compared to how they are now.

The main important thing is having trust in your surgeon and the proceedure and faith in yourself that you have made the best decision. There really isn’t room for doubt when parting with large sums of money, going through pain and changing your body majorly.
Ask lots of questions and take notes.

I hope this helps and you feel better about your journey ahead fxx
