at consultation stage.. info and advice please!

hiya! i have just arranged my consultation for next week and i am wondering what to expect! i am quite self conscious and cannot wait to get my BA done, i am 46kg, size 6 and have a 30B at the moment. what bra size did girls my size go for? do they feel really different or experience any back pain?? any advice for me would be fab! thanks xx
