Awaiting first consultation and Need some advice!? :)

hiya I am 21 and have decided to take action and get my breasts done as they never filled out and grew properly. I am 5ft9 so pretty tall and 14stone so quite meaty ive never been ‘thin’ due to my frame and height. This results in me being way more self conscious about the fact my breasts never filled out as I would love to just feel feminine for once! I have no idea about sizes and would like anyone who may be similar height and weight to me to give me advice to as what sizes may suit my frame I am currently an A cup but have to wear B’s in order to get the 38 Middle so never have any natural cleavage ect so I want to go big enough to suit my body but not so big that I look chunkier! If that makes any sense. Any info on anyone similar to me who has had it done if you could tell me your sizes that would help thanks 🙂 I have attached an image of what I have now and will update once I’ve had it done in a few months so you can all see before a and after thanks 🙂

I’m 5ft 8 and about 12 stone, I’ve had 425 Hp partials and once healed that should take me to a D/DD!
Everyone is different so it’s probably best to see what the surgeon says and how they look on your frame when you try them on! Xxx
